Excited to be back at @brookdalecc_lifelonglearning offering another course entitled Healing through Vocal Resonance and Sound ✨

Learn several ways to use our most important instrument, our voice, to deeply connect to ourselves and invite healing and a deep sense of peace.

We will explore humming, mantra chanting and singing simple medicine songs. We will discuss theories behind these concepts and explore each of these in depth. This is an interactive course. No singing experience is required. Just an open mind and heart. 💖
