We’ll start by grounding with the elk medicine drum. Then, experience gong vibrations from the chau gong, the deep gong and a planetary sound bridge set to 420.84hz, the frequency of the moon, allowing this vibration to assist in setting intentions for the upcoming lunar cycle. Copal smoke cleansing closes the meditation.
