Morning Mantra Meditation

This 45 minute meditation will start with pranayama then we’ll explore several different Sanskrit mantras. Learn the correct pronunciation and meter.
No experience necessary. Just bring your voice and an open heart ♥️
You’re welcome to bring a favorite meditation pillow or cushion or feel free to use props from the studio. Chairs are also available if anyone requires.
