Join me the first Tuesday of every month at @puretomsriveryoga for Mantra Meditation beginning Tuesday, November 5th. This 45 minute meditation will begin with pranayama, then we’ll explore several different Sanskrit mantras. Learn the correct pronunciation and meter.
No experience necessary. Just bring your voice and an open heart ♥️
